This patient had just a few remaining teeth and was wearing a set of poorly fitting upper and lower partial dentures to replace all the missing teeth.
After evaluation and discussion, it was decided that the few remaining teeth did not have the strength to support new partial dentures and the patient decided to proceed with implant-supported dentures.
Implant-supported dentures would give her a comfortable, long-term prosthesis and due to the implant attachment system, she would never worry about her dentures loosening while eating or speaking in public.
