There are three ways to become part of our practice:
As a new patient
As described in the “philosophy” section of our website, the most important thing we’ll accomplish together is developing the kind of partnership that will allow us to help you attain the best dental health possible.
That process starts with a comprehensive initial visit, during which you’ll meet one-on-one with Dr. Kurtis and discuss your dental health goals, any specific dental issues you’d like to address, and any lifestyle, scheduling, or financial factors that we should keep in mind in designing your treatment plan. (For instance: now would be the time to let us know about that upcoming family wedding to which you’ll be bringing your sparkling smile!)
We’ll then produce a detailed diagnostic profile – including photographs, 3-D models of your teeth and gums, and radiographic images if you don’t have current or recent x-rays – which will give Dr. Kurtis the information he needs in order to give you a full clinical assessment of your dental health and offer you an array of treatment options from which to choose.
As a visitor
In dentistry, as in life, there’s nothing more important than the quality of the relationship. That’s why we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation for people who’d like to come in for a quick visit and decide if we’re the right fit for them. If you’re not certain that you’d like to become a new patient through the process described above – but you’d like to stop by to meet Dr. Kurtis and perhaps have a brief conversation about a dental issue or condition that’s on your mind – please give us a call.
As an emergency patient
If you are experiencing pain, sensitivity to hot or cold, or another symptom for which you need immediate relief, please call us. We’ll do our best to see you as quickly as possible.
